Experience & Clinical Aproach

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity, compassion, and respect. I believe healing happens within a safe, empathetic relationship. In this space, your lived experience is honored and your voice remains central, whether we’re working individually, with a partner, or as a family.

I integrate person-centered, relational, feminist, narrative, solution-focused, and somatic approaches in my work. These perspectives allow us to explore emotional and relational patterns while also honoring the wisdom held in the body. Therapy with me is not about diagnosing or “fixing” you. Instead, it’s about understanding, clarity, and supporting meaningful change.

My clinical training includes work with individuals, couples, and children navigating trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and the impacts of stressful or overwhelming life experiences. I work with clients across the lifespan; from children as young as 7 to older adults in their late 80s. Additionally, I have experience supporting community college students, young adults, couples, and families through periods of transition, identity exploration, and relational growth.

I also work with first responders, active military members, Veterans, and their families, with an understanding of the unique cultural contexts and stressors they face. My practice includes specialized support for those healing from toxic or coercive relationships, as well as LGBTQIA+ individuals seeking thoughtful care. In addition to individual and couples therapy, I facilitate therapy groups and workshops, including offerings for community spaces and collegiate sports teams.

With additional training in somatic therapy, I help clients access healing beyond words alone. By gently integrating body awareness, we can expand your capacity for safety, resilience, and choice. Together, we’ll explore your story, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and build toward the life (and relationships) you want with intention and support.
